For over 25 years the Maui Sunset timeshare owners have enjoyed the best of accommodations and low fees through owner directed management.

Maui Sunset as two timeshare associations, each with a volunteer board of owners.   Each condo apartment in the timeshare plans has 25 deeded intervals, each two weeks.  There are set maintenance periods set aside for deep cleans and other projects.   Each condo has a reserve account and plans are made to avoid special assessments.
